Group Yoga Classes

Weekly group asana classes encompassing all eight limbs of yoga, specifically the yamas and niyamas, meditation, and pranayama in addition to the asanas (physical postures).

Asana styles include: gentle, slow poses (yin in nature), restorative, slow and steady (Hatha)
