Pre-Recorded 45min Gentle Awakening practice for 11.24.2025. In this practice we are deepening our exploration of pratyahara—the art of withdrawing from automatic reactions to our senses—by learning to pause between what we feel and how we respond. In this practice we work specifically with morning sensory awareness through sight, sound, and touch, practicing the skill of noticing sensations as neutral information rather than immediately judging them as pleasant or unpleasant.
