Recording of Gentle Awakening practice from 1.8.2026. In this practice we explore how stillness can live inside movement - how we can flow and remain anchored to our center. We are practicing what's called 'dynamic stillness' - moving with intention, pausing with purpose, and finding the steady ground beneath the surface of change.
