Recording of 45min Slow and Steady Flow practice from 12.11.2025. In this practice we stoke the embers - finding our inner warmth without burning out. The intention for this practice is to build heat mindfully through breath and movement, while asking ourselves: am I forcing this, or am I fueling myself?
