Recording of 60 min Saturday morning Gentle Yoga practice from 1/10/2026. In this practice we work with balancing Kapha dosha - the dosha (or energies) associated with the winter season. Physically we focus on our chests, neck/throat, and shoulders.

  • 2 blocks

  • 1 Blanket (extra for added coziness)

  • Optional: 1 Bolster or thick cushion for Savasana
