Recording of 60 min Mid Week Wind Down practice from 4/23/2025 In this practice we explore the Yama Aparigraha - Non grasping/ non greed in the context of taking care of the Earth. This practice incorporates a gentle yoga practice + 15-20 min of Restorative (longer held postures supported by props).
