Recording of 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 7/23/2025. In this practice we are working with Sutra 1.2 - "Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodha", meaning Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.
This practice incorporates gentle seated and floor based yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.

Suggested props:

  • 2 Bolsters or thick pillows
  • 2 blocks, books, or throw pillows
  • 1 blanket
