Recording of 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 7/2/2025. This month we are exploring Sacred Rhythms, this week working with daily rhythms and exploring Yoga Sutra 1.14 where Patanjali teaches us about Dirgha (complete, long, or extended) Kala (time or rhythm). Dirgha Kala = Long time or Long Rhythm. 

This practice incorporates gentle seated and floor based yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 1 block, book, or throw pillow
  • 1 blanket
