Recording from 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 4.1.2026. This month we are exploring the theme of Emergence - the yoga of becoming through the Pancha Kosha framework. This week we are rooting down and exploring the annamaya kosha - the food sheath or physical layer of the body.
This practice incorporates gentle seated, floor based, and standing yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.
