Recording from 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 3.11.2026. In this practice we move deeper into the sacred dance of opposites by moving from the earth and sky of last week into the territory of light and shadow. In this practice we work with tapas (fiery discipline) and svadhyaya (self inquiry).
This practice incorporates gentle seated, floor based, and standing yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.

1 bolster or thick pillow
1 - 2 blankets
