Recording from 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 3.4.2026. In this practice we introduce our March theme: The Sacred Dance of Opposites. This month we are exploring what happens when we stop trying to resolve the tension between two poles and instead learn to find our center right in the meeting place between them.
For this evening practice we began working on our connection to both the earth and the sky.
This practice incorporates gentle seated, floor based, and standing yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.
