Recording from 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 3.18.2026. In this practice we explore the still point between opposites through the lens of Pratyahara - 5th limb of Patanjali's eight limbed path - the withdrawal of the senses inward, away from the constant pull of the outer world and toward the quiet center of the self.
This practice incorporates gentle seated, floor based, and standing yoga postures as well as 2 longer held (restorative like) shapes.
