60 min Slow Poses - Deep Surrender and Cooling Contemplation - 7.18.2025

Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice with an intention of surrendering deeply and inviting cooling contemplation to pacify excess fire and heat within the body during the Summer season. Postures are held for about 4-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 2 blocks
  • 1 blanket or small cushion
