Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 10.24.2025. In this Slow Poses practice we journey through the five layers of theb ody - the Koshas.


Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 2 blocks
  • 1-2 blankets or small cushion
  • *Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
