Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 3.13.2026. In this practice we explore light and shadow through the lens of Tapas and Svadhyaya - the heat of honest self-inquiry and the willingness to look clearly at the full spectrum of who we are. We explore this through the lens of a yin practice - holding our shapes of extended time and breathing towards what we might normally move away from.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
