Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 11.7.2025. In this Slow Poses practice we surrender to stillness and turn our senses inward through the practice of Pratyahara (the withdrawal of the senses)


Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 2 block
  • 1-2 blankets or small cushion
  • *Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
