Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 3.20.2026. In this practice we explore the still point between opposites through the lens of Pratyahara - 5th limb of Patanjali's eight limbed path - the withdrawal of the senses inward, away from the constant pull of the outer world and toward the quiet center of the self.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
Suggested props:
1 Bolster or thick pillow
2 blocks
1-2 blankets
*Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
