60 min - Slow Poses - Tejas and Inner Light - 8.15.2025

Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice. In this practice we are continuing to connect with our inner light and working with Tejas. The invitation for this practice is to tune into how we can trust our inner knowing. Postures are held for about 3-4 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 1 blanket or small cushion
