Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 4.3.2026. Today's practice is an invitation to befriend the earth -the earth beneath you and the earth within you. In this practice we work with our root chakra (muladhara), physically focusing on the pelvis, hips, inner groin, and sacrum.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
Suggested props:
1 Bolster or thick pillow
2 blocks
1-2 blankets
*Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
