Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 2.13.2026. In this practice we explore satya - truthfulness as an act of love. The intention for this practice is to honor the relationship between our hearts and our throats and recognize that authentic communication requires both courage and compassion.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

1 Bolster or thick pillow
2 blocks
2 blankets or small cushion
*Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
