Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 12.12.2025. In this practice we investigate rest as a practice and stillness as medicine as we work with Vata Dosha.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

1 Bolster or thick pillow
1 block
2 blankets or small cushion
*Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
