60 min - Slow Poses - Vata Dosha - 9.12.2025

Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 9.12.2025. In this Slow Poses practice we focus on stimulating our large intestine and lung meridians (meridians associated with the fall season). 


Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 2 blocks
  • 1 blanket or small cushion
  • *Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
