Restorative Yoga

This practice invites deep relaxation and rejuvenation. This gentle practice focuses on supported asanas (postures) held for 5-20 min, mindful breathing, and guided meditation to help release tension and restore your body’s energy, setting a calm and peaceful tone for the weekend ahead.

*Suggested props: blankets or towels, pillows or bolsters, 2 blocks or thick books, and anything you need to be comfy and supported.
