Slow Poses

Start your Friday with a deep, calming practice that prepares you for the day ahead. This 60-minute Slow Poses class is a yin - like practice designed to help you slow down, release tension, and cultivate stillness and space by combining pranayama, meditation, and longer-held (3-5 min) passive asanas that target the deeper connective tissues of the body. This session is designed to harmonize with the current season and its corresponding organ systems and energies.

*Suggested props: 2 blocks or books, bolster or stiff pillow, blanket or towel
