Recording of 60 min Saturday morning Gentle Awakening practice from 7/5/2025. Today we continued our exploration of sacred rhythms with this full body gentle awakening practice. In this practice we took a journey to gently awaken the entire body through seated, laying down, and brief standing asanas, while focusing on creating space through the body and breath.
