Recording of 60 min Mid Week Wind Down practice from 5/7/2025 In this practice we invite a blossoming and opening of our hearts. This practice incorporates a 30 min gentle yoga practice + ~30 min of Restorative (longer held postures supported by props).

Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 1 thick pillows/ bolsters
  • 1 blanket or small cushion
