Recording of 60 min Mid Week Wind Down practice from 4/16/2025 In this practice we integrate our practices from the previous five weeks, working with all five elements. Finding harmony and balance through the elements. This practice incorporates a gentle yoga practice + 15 min of Restorative (longer held postures supported by props).

Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 2 thick pillows/ bolsters
  • 1 - 2 blanket or small cushion
