Recording of 60 min Mid Week Wind Down practice from 4/30/2025 In this practice we invite a gentle softening into our heartspace. This practice incorporates a 30 min gentle yoga practice + ~30 min of Restorative (longer held postures supported by props).


Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 1 thick pillows/ bolsters
  • 1 - 2 blanket or small cushion
