Pre-Recorded 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice for 11/26/2025. In this practice we move slowly through shapes that honor both effort and release, in an effort to find gratitude not in perfection, but in presence.


This practice incorporates gentle seated and floor based yoga postures as well as 2-3 longer held (restorative like) shapes.


Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 2 bolsters or thick pillows
  • 1 -2 blankets
