Recording from 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice from 1.7.2026. In this practice we discover a different kind of strength - the power that lives in stillness, in presence, and in simply being. In this evening practice we pause and remember that rest itself is productive, that stillness is not laziness- it's wisdom.
This practice incorporates gentle seated, floor based, and standing yoga postures as well as 2-3 longer held (restorative like) shapes.
