Recording of 60 min Mid Week Winddown practice. In this practice we explore the wisdom of Ayurveda and seasonal living, by focusing on cooling and balancing our systems as we transition from late summer into autumn.

The invitation for this practice is to release any accumulated heat from summer and the intensity of a busy week.

This practice incorporates gentle seated and floor based yoga postures as well as 3 longer held (restorative like) shapes.

Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 1 blanket
  • 1 bolster or thick pillow
