Recording of 60 minMid Week Winddown practice from 11/12/2025. In this practice we release the day's accumulated tensions and reactions. This practice offers an opportunity to notice how we habitually respond to discomfort.


This practice incorporates gentle seated and floor based yoga postures as well as 2-3 longer held (restorative like) shapes.


Suggested props:

  • 2 blocks
  • 1 -2 blankets
  • 1 bolster or thick pillow
