Pre-recorded 60 min Slow Poses practice for 11.28.2025. In this practice we let gratitude emerge from presence as we slow down enough to meet ourselves exactly as we are.


Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 2 blocks
  • 1-2 blankets or small cushion
  • *Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
