Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 10.3.2025. In this Slow Poses practice we work with our muladhara (root) chakra, the first of the seven main chakras. This chakra represents the support system for all the other chakras and the latent energy that
anchors us to our world. Its energetic calling is to help us feel grounded and stable.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
