60 min - Slow Poses - Pitta Dosha and Agni Element - (Pre-Recorded Summer 2025)

Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice continuing our work with the Small Intestine and Heart energy meridians as well as working to balance pitta dosha and agni (fire) within the body. This practice incorporates yin like holds. Postures are held for about 2-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.

Suggested props:

  • 1 Bolster or thick pillow
  • 1 blanket or small cushion
