Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 12.26.2025. In this practice we explore the 2nd niyama - Santosha, which often refers to the concept of Contentment, while also focusing on asanas that work with our kidney and urinary bladder meridians - meridians associated with the winter season.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
Suggested props:
1 Bolster or thick pillow
2 block
2 blankets or small cushion
*Optional: additional soft blanket covering your entire mat for an extra soft landing
