Recording of 60 min Slow Poses from 3/21/2025, celebrating the Spring Equinox. In this practice we focus on working with our liver and gallbladder meridians by focusing on shapes that allow us to create space within the sides of the body and hips, while also incorporating shapes to gentle twist the body.
This practice incorporates yin like holds. Postures are held for about 2-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
