60 min - Slow Poses - Spring to Summer energy meridians - 6.6.2025

Recording of 60 min Slow Poses from 6/4/2025 continuing our work with Liver and Gallbladder meridians for Spring, while also starting to explore the heart and small intestine meridians (summer organ meridians). This practice incorporates yin like holds. Postures are held for about 2-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
