Recording of 60 min Slow Poses practice from 11.14.2025. In this practice we’ll use the extended holds of yin yoga as a laboratory to study our habitual reactions to discomfort. As we settle into stillness, the invitation is to distinguish between the raw sensation in your body and the stories your mind creates about those sensations.
Postures are held for about 3-5 min in order to get into the connective tissues within the body.
