Midweek Wind Down

Join us for a soothing 60-minute wind down practice designed to help you reset and recharge for the rest of the week. This session is designed to help you release the stresses of the day and reset for the rest of the week. This gentle practice combines soothing yoga asanas, pranayama, and meditation, creating the perfect space to unwind and recharge. In this class, you’ll flow through soft, intentional movements to ease tension, practice deep breathing to center your mind, and enjoy a guided meditation that fosters relaxation and mental clarity. It’s an ideal mid-week reset to keep your body and spirit balanced and refreshed.

*Suggested props: 2 blocks or books, bolster or stiff pillow, blanket or towel
